PM360Club Terms & Conditions

Product Name: PM360Club membership 


1. LEGAL NOTICE & STRUCTURE

PM360Club is a digital product and service platform operated under DataMangoes Consulting  Inc., a federally registered Canadian corporation. All references to “PM360Club,” “we,” “our,”  or “us” refer to the product offering under DataMangoes Consulting Inc.  

By purchasing, using, or accessing PM360Club services, you agree to these legally binding  Terms & Conditions. 

2. MEMBERSHIP TIERS & DELIVERABLES

PM360Club offers three membership levels: 

  • Base 

  • Pro

  • Exec

Each membership level includes specific access to:

  • Private Slack communities 

  • PM360Certs (in-house and third-party aligned certifications) 

  • Professional templates and toolkits

  • Job market briefings 

  • Coaching and accountability calls 

  • Specialized PM tools (including AI-powered resources)

Access is granted via secure digital platforms. A full breakdown of each tier is available at [your  official website].

3. PAYMENTS, BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Payments are securely processed via trusted gateways (e.g., Stripe).

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before your renewal date.

  • All prices are in USD or CAD (as displayed at checkout).

  • Receipts and billing info are emailed upon registration. 

4. REFUND POLICY

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (for annual plans only) is conditional. 

Refunds are only valid if the member:  

  • Has not joined or remained in the PM360Club private WhatsApp or Slack groups for  more than 10 consecutive days

  • Has not registered for or accessed any included certification program, including  PM360Certs or partner certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, VMEdu) 

Refunds are void if either of these terms is breached. 

Monthly Subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time and will remain  active until the next billing cycle ends.

5. PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING

PM360Club and DataMangoes Consulting Inc. do not store or process user data directly.  

We leverage trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Slack, Notion, ConvertKit, Airtable, Tally,  Stripe) for all data handling and processing. These platforms comply with the following  frameworks: 

  • GDPR (EU)

  • PIPEDA (Canada)

  • CCPA (California)

  • ISO/IEC 27001 standards (vendor dependent)

Your use of PM360Club implies agreement with the privacy policies and terms of the third party platforms you interact with during your membership.

6. CERTIFICATIONS & THIRD-PARTY TRAINING

Members may access:

  • PM360Certs (in-house certifications designed for practical PM use)

  • Discounted access to globally recognized certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM)

PM360Club is a recognized affiliate of VMEdu, a global provider of Agile/Scrum  certifications. 

We are not responsible for:

  •  Exam outcomes

  • Training disputes 

  • Platform outages or delays from third-party certification partners

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All assets, tools, logos, visuals, frameworks, and digital products branded under PM360Club are  the intellectual property of DataMangoes Consulting Inc.  

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim these materials as your own. 

8. MEMBER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY EXPECTATIONS

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if a member:

  • Harasses or abuses other members

  • Shares confidential materials outside the platform

  • Violates the respectful engagement rules of any Slack, WhatsApp, or Zoom call

  • Attempts to replicate or commercialize PM360Club offerings

9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

PM360Club is a career development and educational product. We make no guarantees of  employment, income growth, or certification success.

You agree not to hold DataMangoes Consulting Inc., its partners, or staff liable for: 

  • Missed job opportunities

  • Third-party certification failures

  • Platform disruptions or external tool limitations

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 12 months.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.  All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise  required by international law.  

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. All users will be notified by email or Slack  announcement. Continued use of the product implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
